Definitions:

“Company” refers to MOON DRIVE DRIVER SERVICES LLC.

“Vehicle” refers to the customer’s personal vehicle.

“Designated Driver / Moon Driver” refers to a trained driver employed by the Company to safely drive the customer using the customer’s own vehicle.

CONDITIONS

Service Limitation
The Designated Driver’s responsibility is limited to driving the customer to the specified destination using the customer’s own vehicle.

Personal Belongings
The Company assumes no liability for fire, theft, loss, or damage of any personal belongings inside the customer’s vehicle.

Condition of Vehicle
The Company will not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from faulty brakes, poor vehicle condition, or any mechanical defect in the customer’s vehicle.

Customer Vehicle Insurance
The customer confirms that their vehicle is properly insured as per UAE motor insurance regulations.

Accidents & Liability
In case of an accident, the Company’s liability is strictly limited to the coverage and terms stated in the vehicle’s insurance policy.

Maximum Liability
The Company’s maximum liability—under any circumstance—shall be limited to refund of the service fare only.

Misconduct / Safety Violation
The driver has the right to stop the service if the customer behaves abusively, threatens safety, or causes any situation that may endanger the driver or themselves.

Vehicle Breakdown
If the customer’s vehicle breaks down during the trip, the Designated Driver may attempt to arrange alternative solutions at the Company’s discretion. Refunds may not be issued for incomplete trips.

Delays & Missed Appointments
The Company is not responsible for missed appointments caused by traffic, vehicle breakdowns, delays, or adverse weather conditions.

Vehicle Damage Due to Negligence
The Company will not be liable for any vehicle defects or issues unless proven to be directly caused by the Company’s negligence.

Price Changes & Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. A cancellation or amendment fee applies if the customer cancels or changes a booking within less than 1 hour of the scheduled time.

Distractions While Driving
For safety, the customer agrees not to distract the driver while the vehicle is in motion.

Acceptance of Service
Using Moon Drive’s service constitutes the customer’s acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Reporting Fines or Incidents
If the customer receives a fine or is involved in an incident during our service, they must notify the Company within 7 days via email at info@moondrive.ae

Failure to report within 7 days releases the Company from any responsibility or liability related to fines, damages, delays, or traffic violations.
